The Text-Only Option

Text-Only Announcements are an option for those looking for a simpler design, or for those who had their photos taken professionally and don't want to spend the extra money on copyright release fees.

Regarding your photos copyrighted by a professional photographer:

If your senior photos are copyrighted by a professional photograper, I can only use them if accompanied by a copyright release from the photographer.

So, your options are:
1 - select a Text-Only Announcement and send it with prints from your photographer,
2 - obtain a copyright release from your photographer and select from any of my Personalized Designer Announcements,
3 - use photographs that are not copyrighted (ie. taken by you, your friend, your mom...you get the idea). I can do Photo Alterations to make almost any picture look amazing.

Insert Cards

Insert cards can contain the extra information you want to include with your announcements but isn't printed on the announcement. They can be customized to coordinate with your announcement (fonts, colors, and style). For ease of printing, finished size will be 4x6 to accompany your 5x7 announcement

Why would you want an insert?

If you want to announce your graduation to many people, but can only invite a few to the actual ceremony, enclose an insert with the commencement date and time to those you are inviting.

Seminary graduation information can printed on an insert to include with your high school graduation announcement.

If you love the simplicity of an announcement design without a lot of words on it, an insert can be customized to provide the additional information you want people to know (date, time, and place of ceremonies).

You could use it to announce your plans for after graduation, include a note of thanks, or anything else you would like. (where you will be going to school, what you plan to study, etc.)

If a celebration will be held in honor of your graduation, customize the insert as an invitation to include with your announcement.

Order form instructions:

To download and fill out the Order Form as an editable Word document:
1. Click on the red link above the Order Form window. This will bring you to the Scribd website.
2. Click on the Download button just above the document.
3. Select "Download this document as: Microsoft Word (doc)."
4. Open your newly acquired file in any program that will read Word documents.
5. Type your information right into the file, then save when you are finished.
6. Attach your saved file to an email addressed to redroofdesigns@gmail.com, then send it on its way!

Once your order is placed, a proof will be sent to you for approval within 2 business days. Once it has been approved and I have received your payment, the finished file will be emailed to you. The CD, your FREE envelopes, and any other components ordered will be sent via USPS the next business day.

If you want a font that is different from your selected announcement, please choose one from the following lists and specify the desired font name and number on your order form. What do I get when I order? You will receive through email a high resolution digital file that has been proofed and approved by you for you to print at the location of your choice, or to deliver over the internet. If you desire, 25 FREE envelopes and a hard copy of your file on CD will be shipped to you, all for FREE. Additional envelopes are available for a small price as well as coordinating return address labels.

Where should I print? Any online or local printer can print your announcements. Just make sure you have selected the 5x7 print size.

How do I order announcements? Click here to go to the order form or click on the Order Forms link on the orange bar.

I really like the style of a certain announcement, but I want different colors (or fonts, or wording). Can it be changed? Yes, I want your announcement to reflect who you are.

Are there other sizes available other than a 5 x 7? Yes, contact me!

Where do I find price information? All announcement designs are $25 with the exception of new Completely Custom orders, which are $50. Click here for pricing information or click on the Announcement Pricing link on the orange bar.

How do I make a payment? Payment in full will be required before your digital file will be sent. I accept cash, checks, or money orders—through the mail, or hand delivered to Michelle Heiner, 2110 Hwy. 236, Afton, WY 83110.

I want a style that is completely different from anything I have seen on your site--is it possible to do a completely custom design? Absolutely! Send me a detailed description of what you want with samples of colors, styles, fonts, and the look you want and let's see what we can create.

Can I submit a colored picture and have it be a black and white announcement? Yes, I can alter your photo - contact me and I can help you decide what would look best. If it is a copyrighted photo taken by a professional photographer (and you have a copyright release), I can use the photo as is, but I can't change it.

Is there a deadline for ordering graduation announcements? There is no deadline. However, you will be printing them at the printer of your choice, so allow for processing and mailing time.

Cancellations/Change Orders
I am unable to change or cancel an order after the final digital file has been sent.

Returns
Sorry, no returns on personalized orders.

Errors
Orders with errors made by Red Roof Designs will be readjusted and resent as soon as possible at no cost to the customer.
Orders that include an error made by the customer will be readjusted at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges may apply to address label orders. An error by the customer includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- text originally submitted with an error
- an option incorrectly chosen
- an error overlooked on a proof (regardless of submitted text)
Please call as soon as possible to discuss and correct any errors to your order.

Photograph PERMISSION: By submitting your photos, you represent to me that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright owner or other holder to reproduce the image, and that my reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree to indemnify Red Roof Designs and Michelle Heiner and defend and hold me harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) my possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.
